A very simple delicious meal for a Sunday full of football! I love this meal because I can make plenty for the week ahead.

Chop up sweet potatoes, carrots, and green peppers. Top with olive oil, pepper, and garlic salt. Mix up and bake at 400 for about 40 minutes. Put this in before the chicken, it will take longer. (Tip: line glass pan or cookie sheet with foil for easy cleanup!)
I bake my chicken in a Pampered Chef stoneware, and it is always tender and delicious. Trim fat off boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Top with pepper, garlic salt, and honey barbecue sauce. Bake at 400 for about 30 minutes. Time depends on how much chicken you’re making. I suggest making quite a bit so you have some prepared for the week.
Enjoy and Happy Sunday!
